Zynga Empires and Allies has been released new feature in 1st September 2011, is.. the Power-Up Factory! This is a brand new Empires & Allies building, which allows you to create your own power-ups! with these factory you can construct power-ups yourself using resources and buildable parts, without needing Empire Points!

At this time, only level 1 Power ups are available to produce. Parts needed to produce Power-ups.
